ABSTRACT & WORKSHOP SUBMISSIONS

GIS-IDEAS 2023 is pleased to announce the call for submission of abstracts that reflects the theme of the conference. The deadline for the submission of the abstract is the 30th of July 2023.

The submitted abstract should be written in English and contain between 500-600 words.  The abstract should contain sufficient but precise information suitable for the evaluation of the paper. The details may include background, aim, concepts, approach, and results, conclusion, and contribution to the scientific arena of the main theme of the conference – Geospatial Integrated Technologies For Natural Hazards and Environmental Problems

For full paper submission

Full paper submissions will be invited for accepted abstracts. Full paper submission is not obligatory. Full paper submission is strongly recommended for submission to the Academic Track and will be published in the electronic conference proceedings. The papers should have scientific and practical values and content in line with the theme of the conference and have not been published in any journals, conferences, or scientific forums.

To avoid any delay in the final decision on the manuscript, please read the formatting requirements carefully and follow the instructions provided. Use the document template provided by the Organizer and copy your text into this template file. This will help streamline the submission process and ensure your manuscript meets the required formatting guidelines.

All accepted papers will be published in one of 03 publishing channels of conference. After the 1st round of review, the papers will be divided into two parts:

Part 1: A number of papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with registration ISBN index;

Part 2: A number of papers will be reviewed 2nd round for publication in Springer book, under the Web of Science or Elsevier’s Scopus system.

The notice

In the event that articles are not accepted by Springer, they will be considered for publication in the latest English issue of Journal of Science on Natural Resources and Environment.

– The length of the full papers for Springer book must 15 pages.

– As requested by Springer, the manuscript should consist of original research that has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere in any other form or language.

– Each manuscript will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers (the doubleblind peer review).

– Manuscript will be checked for plagiarism and self-plagiarism using software provided by Springer
